Disappointment at anti-hacker laws
The Government has published guidelines for anti-hacker legislation due to come into effect in May this year. Under the new laws, which amend the Computer Misuse Act 1990, it will be illegal to create or distribute hacking tools. However, the guidelines have faced criticism from industry experts, who claim the definition of a hacking tool is too vague.
