Storm Worm prolific, says report
IBM's latest X-Force Security Report has pinpointed the Storm Worm as the model that many cybercriminals use to infiltrate a user's system and steal sensitive personal or company data. The report said the Storm Worm was the most pervasive Internet attack in 2007 and it continues to infect computers' on a global scale. The Storm Worm, like other malware, is constantly updated by its authors in a bid to evade anti-virus protection.
